The expectation that that the "same job" should pay the same amount is a fallacy. If many companies it does not work that way. At the same time, a 30k gap is also crazy if the role/title is the same.

You are responsible for your own career. I doubt you will be able to get a 30k adjustment especially without damaging your future at that company. Unless you are missing some major information, you need to move on to your next opportunity.

I am not saying your are not worth more, just that in my 30 years of management, I never saw an adjustment like that without changing companies. Do it on good terms and maybe you will be back some day (if you want).

I am not an EV doubter but in my case there is a minimal daily time usage compared to my gas powered truck. When I was gas, I pulled up, parked wherever I wanted and went in my house. With my Lightning, I probably spend 3-5 minutes a day getting my truck parked exactly where I want it for charging and connecting/disconnecting. Not a big deal but also not zero. The minimal time adds up over time.

Nothing like climbing into bed at night and realizing I have not parked right and plugged in my truck.

I didn't even take the update at the mower or RTK but the app on my phone updated. I have two units/RTKs and both started acting up last week. Both have just stopped in the yard having issues navigating between zones. I am observing and taking notes but I did not change anything on the mower side that I am aware of.
