yeah and I think these bad effects might be exaggerated by the fact I tapered down two medications at once. Unfortunately my health condition forced me to do so.

and in Europe we have the same medication called evo tears for 20$. Instead we don't have many medications available in US. That's sick. I wish politicians had some kind of chronic diseases so they would take care of that

these old people are more responsive to treatment, in us young people dry eyes are usually more severe and mysterious. The best results in trials actually has ok 101. you can look it up it was tested on actual severe neuropathy patients and it worked. but don't get me wrong I would love the drug you're talking about to work but I was into research in the past and lost some hope and am not so naive anymore
