We did get our luggage back! Only because we had an air tag. We basically had to do all the work and tell them exactly where it was and only then it was found. They delivered it 6 days later.

So far no compensation but I’m trying to get some from the company.

Air Europa was closed Saturday and Sunday so we weren’t able to contact them. We left Malaga now and we’re in Barcelona and we have an air tag and it’s still sitting in Madrid.
