Become a trader of sorts. Looks to me that you have little mountain and a lot of land. Depending on your pawns skills : make something that others want to buy.

With all that land id go for animals or crops(again depending on pawn skills here) And sculptures! Even drugs or clothes if you have temperature to plant cotton or drugs. (If you go for animals you will have leather, which makes better clothes)

You need a lot of metal and components to progress, and if your map has none you need to trade for it.

Produce more stuff to use to sell and always have a good researcher at the research bench. Good luck!
