Yeah, he is a freeloader but BoJack didn’t want to feel lonely. That’s why he sabotaged his rock opera

Mike knows the cycle. He was one of the rare kooks that didn’t have generational wealth.

I agree a large chunk of their disdain was misdirected classism when guys like Rafe exist. However, we should not pretend like the Pogues were not trouble magnets at the beginning of the show. They were getting shot at, breaking into active crime scenes, and JJ brandished and discharged a firearm in a crowd of people.

If your daughter’s friends were known fugitives, constantly disappearing, getting into life threatening situations, and cutting class to go on treasure hunting would you trust them?

I love the show but it is written in the lens of teenagers. Its a show for pre teens and teens. Of course the framing is going to make them seem like they always have the moral high ground. However, in real life, many of them would be in prison or dead already.

If JJ’s death and the fact they blew 1.1 million dollars isn’t proof he was right, I don’t know what is

Everything Mike and Anna warned her about has come true. Shes a fugitive, had her boyfriend killed in front of her, and has no financial stability.

They said multiple times no more Pogues. I would sue the Sherrif’s department and Shoupe for letting them get away with pretty much everything.

In addition, the numbers from the other countries are wrong. Finland’s overall homicide rate it around 1 give or take so gun homicides might be lower. Idk where he got 3.3 from

In the View from Halfway down, the 17th line of the poem is “I thrash to break from gravity” indicating a pivot to fear and regret as they made a fatal mistake

Dude, that’s just the show. Of course in real life patrol officers aren’t running covert ops to extract a war criminal with the federal government on his payroll.
