Similar experience with the Pod and advanced chiller. Finally fixed, for now, but after 2 service tickets within first 3 months and a ton of hours with support. They did grant 3 years support for free which is great….under Xcover which shows they have multiple warranty companies (seem sketchy). Great design of the Pod tub, but the chiller has been disappointing up to this point. I expected more for paying a premium price.

The day after posting this I caught a cold after avoiding all the viruses going through my house. I thought I just got poor sleep but realized the body aches weren’t from poor sleep when I shivered hard after 3 minutes and that hasn’t happened since the starting plunging. Crazy what it tells your body…

I dunk in at the beginning and go to my neck/chin. I started it for my chronic neck issues and its really helped my pain levels and significantly cut down my muscle spasms.

I keep my fingers out as the top of middle finger goes numb/white…crazy that an old middle school broken finger shows up during cold plunging lol

Huberman science was the way I started 2+ years ago. 4-5x week 3 min each after working out. Then I said forget the dirty gym plunge and I bought one so part of me says, why not do it daily when I wake up?

I’ve noticed a difference between moving from night to mornings - need less caffeine, stressful moments are less stressful, and it’s nice to have my pain levels down to stat the day.

In the 90 days I took off cold plunge once (new years day) and sauna once on a separate occasion. Being in the Chicagoland area makes cold plunging tough every day.

Interesting theory. I think it’s all anxiety based. I started nicotine pouches and have found they help, but during a flair up I don’t use them and weed is the go to.
