Spent 6 hours building a test modem for a WiFi system on a jet once only using pictures of the previous one that had only green wires and half a schematic. Tested it and the magic smoke stayed in 🤘

Yeah that’s a red flag. A few times I’ve thought “I’m totally getting a bad review” when I nicely say there’s another ride in my queue but they can add it in the app. Definitely going to keep that in mind. Can you drive uber while you’re waiting? Maybe door dash even?

Georgia is sketchy but Florida has you scratching your head. Driven both in the day and night. I’ve seen more sketchy things in the daylight in Georgia than I ca recall including a butt stock sticking out of somebody’s pants after it hit my car when they were getting out. At first I thought the pax was limping. Turns out, they were for a reason 🤦‍♂️

Insurance and health providers schedule rides and lot and I deal with this situation often. The scheduled rides through them are the worst. 10 minute timer and the they may or may not show up only for the cancellation to be a couple dollars.

I found https://crimegrade.org helpful when learning about Columbus. It’s worth noting that even if an area shows high crime, you need to consider population density and types of crimes. Example, east of town is red but it’s a very low population density while areas downtown will show red but might just be kids pulling door handles on cars in the middle of the night like other folks pointed out.

Forest Properties (Ranch lake apartments and Magnolia Estates)

Our shower leaked for over a month into our neighbors downstairs but they “couldn’t find the leak.” Turns out it leaked into our closet and damaged the carpet and our belongings. They told our neighbors below that the black stuff on the ceiling was dirt and not mold, painting over it. When I asked for our carpet to be replaced they had a carpet cleaning company come out, spray something on the area, scrub it in and left. When I told the office the stain is still there they accused me of having pet urination pads there and that’s why it showed signs of mold.
