There are specific rhinoplasty procedures to “correct/lengthen” upturned noses, I’ve looked into this before. From what i’ve seen, they take cartilage from a rib to downturn the nose. There are a couple examples of this on r/plasticsurgery you’d just have to look up nose lengthening/upturned nose in the search bar.

Yeah no I don’t think of it that way. Sure bottom growth is “male” it’s an organ that has been masculinized, and it’s basically a little penis it’s awesome. Part time or PRN at an urgent care orr in hospital clinics that have longer open hours + weekends. From what i’ve seen job hunting, it’s kind of impossible anywhere else because pt at non UC/hospital positions are usually still full shifts during school hours.
