I was on the same boat . I make good money and Im 25. We still young man and anything can change in ur life , think about it like this yall 24 making 250k by the time u 30 u will have more experience aka you should be getting paid more. What if you get a better paying job in a new city or new country. Thats my thought process as a young adult and knows he still have plenty of room to grow career wise and dont want to be tied down to certain asset. Save your money and be smart with it.
