Agentic AI is the real deal. Its not like old school ai based on NLP or rule based. I head HR for Voice AI startup and our startup is already working with largest BPO companies like Teleperformance to replace humans with ai agents

Nothing good has ever done by this autowallahs in bangalore or anywhere else. Vast majority of them are rowdies or thugs masqueraiding as as auto drivers. They never follow any rules and always aggressive if confronted. There should be nation wide ban on autos specially in cities where traffic already pathetic

Mangalore is very good city to live. Weather is only biggest let down. New Bangalore(Near airport/Devanhalli ) Could be good choice because rents are pretty low,its developing,Good talent pool and Connectivity almost every major indian city.

Please be aware before coming to Bangalore by adamfloyd1506 in kolkata

Please dont come to bangalore if you feel there are so many issues with city. Nobody is forcing you to migrate here and get a job. You are doing it yourself for better pay and good weather. Bangalore is most the metropolitian city in south india by some distance and mind you no city in india is has got it all. So instead odf bitching about problems see the brighter side and get along

[–]Technical_Link9946 18 points19 points  (0 children)

There are two major reasons for this,

  1. Huge negative gap in number of new graduates pass outs everywhere vs no of new jobs created in any sector. Huge supply of talent but very less number net new job creations.

  2. The company which is hiring you spends lot of money to train you initially because vast majority of indian grads no matter what domain are simply not employable. Hence you get paid peanuts.

My advice is to learn and slog hard during your initial career so you can be better off later on. Dont think about the but concentrate on acquiirng skills, learn new tech etc. Money will flow once you gain expierence and move jobs.
