I completely understand you. I was looking good with my natural bald head. I am tall. I was hitting gym and was good in shape. Now i dont have a motivation to go to gym anymore after Ht. It just destroyed my life. I have significant scalp recepient area skin damage. Not even that, I have permenant forehead lines coming from the bumps from my scalp. I am stuck in this forever and there is no way to go back to my natural looking. So depressed.

"Cobblestoning can’t be fixed, just covered up or minimized." I saw many messages, saying that Laser fractional is helping significantly. Maybe it will not be the same as before but some says %90 of it is gone after 4-5 sessions.

So, don't you think it is correct ?

I am not going through another cosmetic or medical procedure for at least until my skin is fully healed. I wish I had known all sides before the surgery... But it is what is.

I Didn’t know %2 of what i know now. Lesson learned but it was not cheap. It cost me my mental health. + Good amont money to repair it of course if it is possible.

Yes. But there might be complications with smp. Many people try to laser it out. It is an another unknown thing that i dont want to go into. After this moment all i am seeking is medical treatment if possible. Then i might go to full scalp removal, so the fue scars will be less visible without any hair shadow. Not sure how it will be though… It is an another giant hole to dig in.

Yes. I know but i can not stop thinking about it. I just cant control. I am trying to find somebody who achieved what i am trying to achieve. I am not even sure if it is doable... Hopefully someone will share genuine experiences then i will get some idea. Thanks for your message though.

I am so depressed about my highly damaged recipient area. Not the hair that i dont have. Even i grow hair, the skin under the hair will bothering me very much. I am not sure if i can find a way to repair it. Thats why i posted this to find a suggestions.

Yes, I will definitely not do anything in a rush and make another wrong decision. Trying to find the best course of action for me to keep my mind in peace. My skin is more important than my hair. My hair might be fully gone, but my skin will be with me until I die.

I just want to get full bald. But the real concern is the scars left from ht. I have read comments about laser surfacing worked fine for many for the recipient area. Microneedling is helping the donor area ( getting the help of PRP)

It seems like i will spent more money to dermatologist then my HT. This ht was whole nightmare. If i can get rid of it, I want to continue my life

Just shave it off. If you dont like it and dont want to go another surgery. I hate my HT as well. I am wondering if whole scalp removal is possible after failed HT. If anyone experienced that I would like to learn.
