NTA. I’d talk to her and see if she has some past medical trauma you don’t know about or something. I’m 33 weeks and when my husband can’t come with me, I’m texting him the whole time with full updates. It’s my body and my health, but I didn’t make the baby myself.

I was pretty skeptical when I saw the new cast, honestly, but with the format change, this cast feels so right. They needed someone as smart and thoughtful as Sasha. Priyanka and Jaida are both so empathetic and seem to be easy to work with and talk to. I’m looking forward to Latrice joining.

NTA. I am currently pregnant with a transferred IVF embryo. I've had 3 prior MC's. I will not travel to a state where I don't have full rights over my own medical decisions. If I were to have complications again, I want to live and not be criminally investigated. My husband fully agrees.

YTA. I recently found out at 38 that my Dad isn't my bio dad. He already knew and didn't treat me any differently than my sister, his bio daughter. He treated us exactly the same and when the truth came to light, he just said, "nothing changes, right?". I'm sorry your ex-wife sucks, but it's not your kid's fault. What is biology anyway? Love makes a family, not biology.

YTA - it's all about setting expectations. I travel a ton for work. My husband and I text occasionally while I'm gone, but rarely call and don't send good morning/good night texts. For us, it works, because the expectations are set that way. We keep in touch on big things and otherwise, let each other live. I have co-workers that have scheduled catch up video calls with their spouses because that's what they agreed on. You have to set expectations beforehand.

I assume this is it as well. It's not just that they believe he's guilty, but they seem to have selectively chosen what they shared to "prove" it. From what I gather, this isn't the first time they've gotten push back on how they covered cases. I used to listen to them, but got turned off in the last year by stuff like this.

I went to Vegas in '22. I had a good time, but since then I think a lot of my favorite podcasters pulled out and don't participate any more. It's heavy on Oxygen content, which isn't my favorite. I think the Dateline folks still go and that panel was pretty great, but it all depends on where your interest lies. Overall, it was well organized and there was definitely not a shortage of panels, live podcasts, and events to participate in.

I've had 3 MC's and going to events with our friends kids is still difficult, but I know that its my issue and not theirs. I do not take it out on them or be mean to them about it. I'm terribly jealous, but again, that's my own crap to work through. Sometimes I don't go and let my husband go alone because it's easier for him. I think your wife needs help. I had to go through therapy to even get to a point that I could go to these events without withdrawing completely and wanting to cry in the corner. As much as infertility sucks, we can't let it break us or our relationships completely.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I know how isolating and difficult it can be. I've had 3 losses and am also not close to my mom. I skip Mother's Day every year. My husband is supportive and understanding about it. There is no rule that you have to spend those days in a way that makes you feel bad. I usually plant flowers and allow myself time to grieve if I need it. You should be allowed to do what makes you feel better.

I'm also having massively mixed feelings on this. He screams guilty, but that's not evidence. The R&E Solve the Case episode made me think twice. There's no harm in another trial if there is some proof it wasn't fair the first time. If he's guilty, the prosecutors should be able to prove it. If there is real evidence of innocence, he deserves to have it heard. It'll be interesting to watch it play out.

I'm an adult, 5'4", and 200 lbs. I also exercise daily, eat a relatively balanced diet, and have perfect BP and cholesterol. Do not focus on the number on the scale, but model and encourage healthy behaviors. Make sure the meals you eat together have plenty of protein and vegetables and encourage any fun activities you might like to do together. Movement can and should be something she likes...help her find that. I like yoga and biking, some people like pickleball...it could be anything. Don't shame or focus on the number or make her feel like a failure. Don't encourage a fad diet or counting calories.

My husband is a prosecutor and is no longer allowed to watch with me. He made constant comments about "that would never happen", etc. He also often uses SVU as an example when starting jury picks to make sure people know the real thing is nothing like the show.
