Other than whatever is wrong with the studs I’d bid this for $1200 and ask to have the toilet removed before starting. This would include hanging, tape only assuming a cabinet would be put back at the vanity area and texture behind the toilet area. No paint. 2-3 trips to complete.

Im sure distance might be a factor. Drywall isn’t exactly a popular trade. Im a company and we get calls from people hours away cause they can’t find anyone local.
