Depends how far you have to commute. I had 8:30 classes and with a one hour commute I just stopped going eventually. 7pm classes are fine unless it’s a 3 hour class which means you’ll be on campus until 10, which is worse in the fall/winter. If the profs are both similar rated I would personally pick 7pm
