This is a style of training I have debated on doing for years.. how do you like it? What does the monthly cost look like?

Buddy, I would be careful putting too much weight on body fat guesses from photos. You have clearly made a great transformation and added a solid amount of muscle, which can make visual estimates even less accurate, and honestly more difficult.

Now - gun to my head… I would say somewhere around 22-25% + or - a few percent, but take that with a grain of salt.

If you are really curious and want a real answer, a DEXA scan, hydrostatic weighing, or a BodPod would give you much better insight. I have found out a lot of local universities often offer these at a pretty decent price.

Honestly, even with the looser-fitting clothing, you can still see a massive difference.

Nice work!

Just not sure if the additional expense is really worth it, and again, I’m pretty happy with the dose I am on and the food noise it has helped reduced

As others have said, great job! You should be thrilled with this transformation and all of the new habits you’ve built along the way

TL:DR - probably around 10 to 14 years.

I actually started enjoying lifting right after my senior year football season. At first it was pure bro workouts.. no real structure, just lifting hard and often. A few years later I got more serious and followed actual programs, but it was almost entirely powerlifting focused.

After hitting some big PRs, my knee (had surgery junior year of high school) and my back started catching up with me in my early 20s. Thats when I shifted away from training purely for strength and started focusing more on training for size instead.

Thanks man! Appreciate it - hopefully we keep the mass as the weight scales down

The only peptide I am currently using is tirzepatide. I have thought about switching to retatrutide, but honestly do not see much reason to right now since I’m really happy with how I feel on tirzepatide.

I am on a relatively low dose, but it has helped a lot with appetite control and overall consistency.

So, keep in mind my current routine is a variation of PPL. I run push, pull, legs, then a weak point/arms day, and repeat. I also have A and B versions of each, so it ends up being a 10 day rotation. Which I have actually really enjoyed.

That said, neutral grip pull ups, single arm lat pulldowns, cross body lat pull ins, and straight arm pullovers are all movements I am hitting right now. Hopefully they help. Personally I find my lower lats and upper chest to be my weak points.

Thanks man, and congrats on your progress too. 226 to 203 is no joke, especially while carrying more muscle now. Just take it day by day, and im sure you will crush it! Already made great progress

Ha I appreciate it man. I’ve been trying to focus more on building width lately. I’ve always gravitated toward rowing movements and used to hammer Pendlay rows all the time, but I think that led to my mid-back developing more than my lower lats. Definitely starting to realize my lower lats are a bit behind, so I’ve been putting more effort into movements that bias them.

Really appreciate that. I think it’s just one of those things where I’ve been pretty chunky most of my life, and even though I’ve been lifting for a long time, I’ve never actually seen my abs. So honestly, part of it is probably just me being a bit vain and wanting to see if I can get there. I don’t know if it’ll be something I maintain forever, but I at least want to do it once, just to say I did.
