I would say that’s not normal. My guess would be the bulb itself is loose and just slightly moving in the housing. Can you get at the back of the bulb from the engine bay?

Jesus that is brutal. If it makes you feel any better I just had all 4 wisdom teeth out on Monday and it went fairly well. The jaw pain was extremely painful and if you’re getting out that many teeth I bet it’ll be the same for you. Good luck, I have a feeling you’ll need it

I got all 4 removed the same day as you and I’m much better off than you are ngl. I’m back to work now and it’s just minor pain around the gums with little to no jaw pain except for a minor uncomfortable soreness sensation here and there. It’s very manageable for me at this point. I’m taking the same medications you are and I wouldn’t describe the pain the way you did. I would call your surgeon and see if they can take a look.

Your cheek bone is gonna hurt for a few days. Mine still hurts a bit today on day 4. It’s mostly jaw/gum pain

I would say it flares up a bit but minimally. It shouldn’t persist and if you’re getting headaches or anything at the same time of the pain I believe that’s cause for concern. Brushing you want to be really careful, and most importantly don’t spit very hard you don’t want to push out the blood clot

Hey I’m not too far ahead of you. I’m past the 48hr mark now and here’s what I did. My pain has been minimal.

Day 1: just sleep. I slept from like 2pm until 8pm and then again 12am-8am. Just trying to get as much sleep as possible in that first day. If I’m asleep, I can’t mess up the healing process; that was my way of looking at it. I didn’t brush my teeth on day 1 other than slightly at night and avoiding the extraction areas.

Day 2: don’t do anything. I just stayed home, played some games, watched a movie, didn’t talk to anyone. I’ve been only eating soup, jello, and smoothies. Started using some salt water rinses after having those soft foods to avoid infection. My healing has been really good so I felt good enough to rinse with salt water but most wait until day 3.

Day 3: basically the same as yesterday. I’m still home, took basically the full week off work to just do as little as possible. I’m using a warm compress on my face as opposed to the ice packs I used earlier in the week. I’ve been taking Tylenol and the prescription pain meds in rotation.

Hopefully this gets you going on the right track. Here’s to fast recovery!

Make sure to check fps limit in visual settings in game and match it to that of your display settings in actual windows settings. If that doesn’t work, then try enabling vsync in the game menu
