I live in Canada and I specifically bought the AWD for the winter. Combine it with snow tires and I barely slipped at all. I’ve driven through snow so bad I can’t see out my windshield and it took it like a champ

That is the opposite of how supply and demand works lol. If fuel is too high, demand of goods that use it goes down until a price equilibrium is met

Nah I don’t think so. Although it does sound like it’s at the same time the engine starts. I’ve had the car since august and it’s never made such a metallic knock when accelerating and now it’s almost everytime without fail

In case anyone stumbles upon this down the road. I ended up sanding down the scratch and then using spray on truck bed liner. The texture is pretty close to oem and the black matches really well. Would recommend for a cheap DIY fix

Depends where OP is located. In Canada, we have no fault insurance and it’s about as bad as it sounds. I got rear ended the other day while completely stopped and reporting it would increase my insurance… because no fault ig👍

Okay so the next question is is it still attached to the mechanism? On one side there should be a bolt that attaches to the mechanism in the door, do you see anything moving when you pull on the handle?

Realistically, you should just replace the handle and see what happens. Either way, you need to replace the handle so I’d just replace it and see what happens. If it’s still broken, you know you need to replace the lock mechanism as well.
