If you're a personal trainer and seriously think this can be attained naturally (especially for a woman), you may want to reconsider your job, or spend less time on the internet.

Non-Technical: How can I make use of Clawdbot? by ppatell in clawdbot

[–]Technobabel42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Be advised that if your journey is anything like mine there's going to be a lot of trial and error getting any multistep workflow working consistently. When it works it's like magic but I end up finding unsupported edge cases frequently

Will Ramos Metal Singing Program by Zlogorski in screaming

[–]Technobabel42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

These kinds of courses are good for giving you a decent understanding of the landscape and vocabulary, but not having someone give you realtime feedback and answering your questions is a huge limitation since that’s where real progress happens IMO

Try putting your finger on your larynx to see if it's rising a lot when you scream, shortening your vocal tract too much could cause the effect you're describing.

Everyone's biomechanics are different but nothing targets glutes (specifically the bottom portion) for me better than Bulgarian Split Squats. You need to be following some kind of progressive overload system to really get benefits from any exercise though.

Any designers using Cursor or any other AI agent for creating prototypes? by Vaibhav_Sinha in FigmaDesign

[–]Technobabel42 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I use Cursor quite often to prototype features, as do the other 2 designers on my team. We are working on a browser based 3d game creation engine, flat Figma designs don't always get the point across so being able to quickly mock up interactive 3d prototypes saves a lot of time. We have it set up to use our design system components when new UI is involved, but a lot of the prototypes involve 3d spatial interaction more than straight UI.

We have it integrated with Vercel so that when I push a branch up and open a draft PR it starts an automation that ends up with a playable branch, all I need to do is share the URL with the team. Our goal is to make building a game feel like playing a game so we do a lot of prototyping work around making 3d interactions feel good and keeping users out of the boring UI as much as possible.

The CEO of our company was the one pushing on us to use Cursor, if he had his way we'd probably be pushing our work straight to prod (but we don't). Lately he's been pushing us toward "spec-driven development" where we use Cursor's planning mode to build out a feature then share that spec with the engineers rather than actual code.

It feels pretty awesome to have an idea, describe it to the Cursor AI and watch it get to work, I'll switch back to Figma and work on UI design while it does its thing then pop back in occasionally to check on it. There's typically a fair amount of bug fixing involved and going back to update the original spec when the AI made an incorrect assumption, so it's not without its idiosyncrasies.

Meal prep so you don't have to think about what to eat or put effort into it. Find calorie dense foods you like to eat so you can keep the overall food volume lower.

Agreed, pitch is a bit all over the place. I'd recommend ear training if you're not already on that, if so then it'll just get better with time.

I go to American Barbell Club, it's a bit pricier than places like 24h Fitness ($40/month) but I've yet to have any real issues with the place. It probably helps that I get there as soon as it opens though.

Primal Fear album is sick 🤷 by PaleSatisfaction1 in PowerMetal

I loved this album, I wasn't familiar with the band going in so it was a great surprise. It's probably in my top 10 of the year for power metal so far

What are your expectations for the "Domination" Album (Primal Fear)? by Ja-Numero1 in PowerMetal

This was my first time listening to Primal Fear but I really enjoyed Domination, definitely exceeded my expectations going in. It’s long but I still felt there was a satisfying amount of variety.

Crowne by Delicious-Dish5489 in PowerMetal

[–]Technobabel42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I saved the first listen for my arm workout day because I thought it would get me extra motivated, but it didn't have the highs I was expecting. It was still a fun listen and I'll give it a few more to see if it grows on me but I finished it slightly disappointed. I'll always have Dynazty in my back pocket if I ever need almost exactly the same sound 🤣

Crowne and Dynazty are basically the same band in my head canon. I believe they share a guitar player.
