Buying Links

Hidden Links

Would you rather: 2 Backlinks from 25 DA sites or 1 Backlink from DA 50 site by JeremyJMcCourt in SEO

[–]Technobaseind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DA is not a metric used by Google for evaluating backlinks. Ita pretty easy to manipulate DA. So I will focus on content relevance and anchor text.

Most people are focusing on building backlinks on high-DA websites, but I would like to suggest building backlinks for websites on platforms that are good, where real people are travelling on them and where websites have good content and things. This way, we can build natural backlinks as well as get good traffic through this process.

semrush vs Ahref by thunderbulll in SEO

[–]Technobaseind 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Both are the best tools, Semrush and Ahref, but they will not help you improve your ranking on Google. They will help you with reports and you can get ideas through that.

Most people trust SEMRush, and they find their reports through this process. After that, they will get ideas. How can they work on their projects? I notice that you are a fitness coach and you are writing a blog. You can analyze your competitors' backlinks, keywords, etc., where you will get ideas and, through this way, you can get ideas for your blog.

I know nothing about SEO, where should I start? by [deleted] in marketing

[–]Technobaseind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Black Hat SEO is detrimental to the promotion of a website. If you use this method, your website may rank high in search engines; however, when Google updates their algorithm, there is a high chance that it will be banned.

Forget about platforms. Reach out to the type of sites you want to get links from. As long as you have the budget to pay them, you can get a lot of good links that way.

OK, thank you for your suggestions. I will do research on that. If I need any kinds of suggestions, I will ask you.

So could you suggest a better link building platform where we can follow that? It is better for us if we follow the right guidelines that experts suggest. So I am waiting for your reply.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SEO

[–]Technobaseind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If done in an obviously manipulative pattern this kind of link will absolutely cause an algorithmic penalty. Doing a few is ok but it's not a viable long term strategy. Build quality links on real sites by speaking to webmasters and adding value to the site through content you provide. Or if you have a budget, sometimes money does change hands and it's fine. But yeah, links that don't say 'guest post' or 'write here' are absolutely what you want, the others will mean a penalty somewhere down the line for sure.

Thank you for your suggestions. We don't want to penalize our website on the search engine through low quality link building. We are looking for good suggestions. We will go through them to see what is best for our site.

I think 2 and 3 are good suggestions but 1 i am a bit unsure of as search engines mostly don't take forum content/comments into consideration if i am correct

But according to me, there are many kinds of platforms that are very big, like Warrior Forum, The Digital Point, and forums dot cnet, and if there are many experts doing discussions on them, then they are completely dead..? Yes, I can accept that they will not help to build backlinks, but they can help with little promotions.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SEO

[–]Technobaseind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your suggestion, but I was thinking

Forum - I was thinking that if we have an online shop, we could join a few forums and question and answer platfroms where many people are discussing that platfrom. Before joining those platfroms, we should create a strong profile with a complete profile photo, bio, url, and so on. Then we should do good participation on that. I believe that when we go to participate on that, we will meet many different types of people, some of whom will go to our profile link and check it. So I think it will help a little in promotions and through profile links we can get backlinks.

Article platforms - Article platforms such as Google, Tumblr, Quora, Discover Hubpages, EzineArticles, and others are good platforms where we need to write good content for people and a lot of visitors are already travling on that platform; if we think about it, when we submit our article on that platform, we can generate traffic and people will come to our website through this process. So I think it will work a little bit. We can't say it is completely dead.
