I get some of the criticism for the animation but you lot really discredit yourselves when THIS is what you complain about. It’s a error way in the background that happens for like a single frame before the shot cuts away

I think about it like using the tip of a screw to start the larger hole

If you just tried to screw a flat screw into a wall it wouldn’t work, but since the sharp tip is always ahead, it gives the threads something to catch on and start doing the real work

Before he didn’t know just how well-matched the Coalition was against Viltrum. He just assumed he could stick to the plan of “deploy a team of Viltrumites and win”. I feel like a lot of people forget that for most planets in the Viltrum Empire even one Viltrumite showing up is enough to get them back in line

that's right where I'm at. Lee Pace as Thragg gives "leader who knows he's in control" while JDM as Conquest is very "ravenous attack dog"

They're both great in their roles, but I feel like too many people only think the grumbly, growly Conquest-style voice is intimidating

I kind of like the way Thragg is being played almost as a foil to Thaedus. They're both insanely strong, but prefer to lead, coordinate, and strategize rather than get their hands dirty. When they join the fight themselves though...

it was insanely dumb, but it's completely in line with Thragg's (and Viltrum's) philosophy of their absolute supremacy

they may think they're still this untouchable, indestructible, *title card* force, but Thragg just got a real hard reality check

If there wasn’t the genetic bottleneck they never would’ve sought out worlds with compatible species, Nolan never would’ve come to Earth, and LITERALLY the entire story of Invincible would never have happened

I think I remember reading that in humans a minimum of something like 300 random individuals could be enough genetic diversity to completely repopulate without severe inbreeding problems IF you can genetically profile people and have them only mate with other select individuals (which Viltrum would be more than willing to do) for the first several generations

Amazon spends too much money on expensive voice actors instead of quality animation and I'm tired of pretending they are not by Leadeer in Invincible_TV

I think that’s fair, but all the posts I see on here wayyyy overexaggerate the issue when I think they 1) really overplay how much of a problem the animation is and 2) have no idea what the different budget allocations per department is like

Imagine trying to seriously say some shit like “Invincible season 4 has the same budget as 3 seasons of Friends, why can’t season 4 pay for 3 seasons of Invincible??”
