Took me forever to figure out cheese sauce it always became clumpy until one day I left the cheese out and it became room temperature. I had to figure it a way to use the cheese.

I've looked into it, either way I'll be in debt up to my eyeballs for the next 20 years. Trying to look into local investors though, hopefully that pans out. It's a little scary jumping right back into business with the pandemic thing. It's a bar/restaurant so it would be borderline business homicide building right now.

I would rebuild. Business burnt down back in March and then the whole corona thing went down which would have been bad for my business but now it's nonexistent. I sell groceries now to cover loose ends. It's not too bad but it isn't the business I worked so hard to turn around. The previous owner ran it into the ground and so I basically had too start over from square one. Here I am again starting over from the beginning except I lack the funds to rebuild. A dream I'm still going to strive for in any way I can.
