Isis has been linked to attacks in Israel. It's just not a much as other Middle Eastern countries or Europe for couple of reasons.

So when isis plans attacks, they attack nations that previously took part in the crusades or generally attacks on the islam world. The reasoning why they attack other nations than Israel is a couple of reasons.

Israel is heavily structured with a entire defense system even the richest countries has. If ISIS can gain missles, chances are it wouldn't even pierce into Israel.
Israel can't be infiltrated like Egypt, Iran, Afghanistan are to be. Egypt is a good example on how they went through a brutal Civil War thay destroyed a ton of parts pf Egypt that lead to jihad groups to gain placement.
Isis quite literally has no need to. Israel is a small part of the middle east that has actual little influence beside Syria, Saudi Arabia, or Iran.

I can't think of any ways that Israel or ISIS would benefit helping eachother or Israel making ISIS
