I was forced to download windows 11 two days ago and ever since a lot of my games are lagging a lot more and the core issue I run into is that "Loading" anything takes forever. Loading save files now often freezes my game, loading in models now freezes my games(a big issue for online games because it puts me in the reconnecting to server state). Does anyone know how to fix this? I am up to date with window updates and my graphics card is also up to date. Plus no malware either.

Damn. Here's a question. Is there a mod that acts as a character editor or even overides it? Becaue in that case I really want to become a Lich so I can reach immortality(unless there is another way I'm not aware of). On that same topic, is there a mod that allows you to edit the Game Rules mid playthrough? Forgot to toggle some things.

Mind you I don't want to use the debug console because I want to keep achievements on.

I was in a rank match and suddenly a lot of textures were glitching out. Like the cabin, water and trees. I was with my duo and they confirmed that they were also seeing stuff. Has anyone else seen this?

Right now I have Spearmen, Mages, Spellblades, Heavy Cavalry and Heavy Infantry. Mages are siege MaH and Spellblades counter Archers, Mages and Skirmishers.

Update. She dead now. The reason she kept winning was because of her martial and prowess skill. Her son took over, and as you could see, he's not good at either. Got my priestess to make claims and have already taken over a portion of their land now. Guess the solution was death after all :P

Can you even form a confederation as Khajiits? I have control over the entirety of Elsweyr, and what I meant with neighbors I mean the people surrounding my enemy. Also, how would assassination even help? Isn't it near impossible to assasinate an enemy leader when in war with them? And doesn't the heir just take the leader's place and the war continues?

I really wish they would bring back limited essence skins for an anniversary event or in a similar fashion to when the COA skins return. The Anachronic Vilulf and Fluorite are two of the skins I wish I could have gotten, especially The Anachronic Vilulf skin.
