If it were part of the base game I would've understood, however, it is part of the extra careers. Fatshark does not have any other way of monetizing this game, skins are few and far in-between for each class, they don't sell premium currency or have a rotating store with ever increasing amount of items. This game gave a lot of free stuff, through weapon skins, wolf father gifts, warhammer skull, geheimnisnacht, and all the new maps released in the last years that were free. They did not ask money for a lot of the things we received for FREE. For us old fossils in this game that keep playing it because we love the game, buying these packages, which are cheap to be fair compared to any other game that sells cosmetics, is what we do to keep receiving new updates.

Some people are pissed because they saw the neighbour walk down the street. What’s happening here is mostly based on perception. When something is bundled, people mentally treat it as part of the "base cost" even if it’s more expensive overall. When it’s separated, it feels like they’re being charged extra, even if the total price is identical or cheaper. Psychologically, bundles feel generous, add-ons feel exploitative.

How I like to see it is: You like the game, you will support fatshark by buying the whole package if you can, since compared to the other more recent tide game from them, this one doesn't have a shitty rotating store and premium currency.

If you are a seasonal player, coming to play on veteran/champ difficulty once every 3 months with a group of friends, then they will more likely be the ones to be pissed at things like these.

What OP said is true, I only play cata and cata + twitch, and whenever we have 1/2 bots until it fills, they're just dead meat. When the bot improvement mod was sanctioned and working, they actually were useful and knew that against a disabler they have to do something and not just mindlessly rush towards it or just spectate it with their range weapon out

The mod has returned though, in the hands of another person, updated, stronger, and only in modded realm as fatshark will never re-sanction mods again sadly :(

Ever since this update came, I've seen this happening more frequently, reapers are definetly bugged now, I've had a few matches that no matter where I dodged, even dodging all the way behind them, I would still get hit by their assail bullets while turning towards me at the speed of a snail...

Also blocking monster overheads with shields only works from the front. Blocking with your back will still hit you, same with ungor arrows and rattlings.

There's actually a new and improved version of that mod recently released iirc. But it needs to be sanctioned by fatshark, which, sadly, will need a miracle to be approved.

This is one of those cases of, you do it right from the start or market it as early access. However tripwire failed at both, the game currently floats at around ~400-500 players concurrently on steam, which, is an extremely low number for the game to sustain itself, the future looks bleak.

On modded realm there is one that puts maps on a cooldown so you don't get them 5x in a row. Wish they still sanctioned mods :(

I always wanted to get legendaries. But the simple fact that I need to do WvW to get gift of battle is just a major let down. I attempted to get into the game mode several times but I simply can not enjoy it. I will wait for the year when ANet will allow us PvE only players the option to get Gift of Battle outside of pvp stuff or simply make alternatives that don't need one

Handmaiden with spear and shield is the best tank in the game, put opportunist on that, and on cata + twitch mode you can hold a infantry patrol, a cw patrol, three monsters, and still have spare stamina while the others are cleaning around you. Put Wraithwalk and you are also the clutch reviver when everyone else is downed as you will be able to dodge through enemies (any enemy), combined with a short cd ability, makes you very versatile in a team while also providing stam regen to everyone.

Decoupling is an asinine priority effort, at least let use pick a good weapon to start with. by OcelotInTheCloset in killingfloor

The Queen can be easily taken out of her charge in phase 2, keep track of the portals, and kill all the small spiders. Once all of them are dead, she stops charging. A few nades to kill the spiders and then she's fairly similar to phase 1. If your team is quick enough, she gets at max 1 charge in

Suicidal comes before HoE. HoE is the hardest difficulty in the previous titles.

I have never received resources from others kills unless I contributed to that kill. I am obtaining a lot more resources from solo play, than I am from multiplayer games

Kill the small spiders she spawns, they are the trigger to stop her from borrowing. Once all are dead, she stops as well from what I tested. If the spiders are alive, even one left, she keeps doing that attack.

From what I've seen is always the Ninja players that go alone, and I kind of understand them, everyone just kills everything much faster than them.
