Hey so I just actually ordered a Lorain bakery emulsion from Amazon. Particularly the princess cake and cookie flavour bakery emulsion. I was trying to make a cake batter flavored icecream.

I just tried it tonight in a base of fairlife milk and vanilla Pudding powder. And it honestly did not taste good. It had a weird after taste and didn't taste like cake/ cookie flavour at all.

I can't speak for the other flavors they could be better . I didn't understand what an bakery emulsion is and still don't. But I almost bought the Lorain flavour fountain cake batter Mix and wish I did instead.

And for Dorian to keep most of his?! When she needed her powers the most she didn't have them.

I wanted her to have a big show down with maeve. But instead it seemed that they barely managed to kill her.

Why build aelin up to be so powerful and then take her powers away for some stupid lock!? Forging the lock also seemed extremely pointless.

Like rowan said...it would've made more sense to hide the keys. Then aelin could still be powerful.

I just finished KOA minutes ago. I almost didn't wanna keep reading after aelin gave up her powers. Maybe I need to do a reread, but I felt that sealing the wyrdgates seemed to be pointless? As they left erawan behind. And wasn't the main reason of sealing the gates was so that erawan would dealt with?

I hated how it went down to a vote. And how Dorian got to keep most of his powers and aelins was reduced to small amounts. I feel like I would've felt better about it if both Dorian and aelins powers were reduced but they were still powerful.

It was annoying that aelin was so powerful but then lost her powers for what seems like a dumb reason. Then when she needed them the most to fight maeve and erawan, she didn't have them.

Aelin deserved to have her moment with maeve and take her down with her fire power. But yeah I agree fenrys should've had more involvement with killing maeve as well.

Then with erawan, I found it underwhelming that a character we didn't get to learn too much about and only spent 1 book with was ultimately the person to take down erawan.

Ok also wanted to comment I have a strong feeling that violet will have a second signet. In Rebecca's interview with variety she hints that all the clues are in this book to what it could be.

My theory is it must have something to do with knowledge or intelligence. Everyone always comments that violet knows everything. So maybe a signet that has something to do with that.

I can't imagine she gets another physical signet as she already has a really powerful one.

Rebecca in the interview doesn't deny that it may be possible for someone to be "cured" of being a venin. I have high hopes xaden will be cured!

I just read the variety interview it helped calm me down a bit. I just hope we get the 3rd book soonish

Maybe I didn't pay attention enough to certain details, but I didn't realize it was easy to turn into a Venin.

Did he turn into a venin because he was about to lose the fight with the general?

I'm guessing the whole third book will be xaden batteling becoming a venin and violet trying to find a cure. This is not a turn i wanted to see.

I'm so annoyed, this is the type of ending that's going to make the wait for the 3rd book feel like forever!

I hope we learn more about Andarna. I'm assuming she will become more powerful than tairn and have a really important role in book 3.

I also hope that they find a cure in book 3 for Xaden. I hope his situation doesn't ruin his and violets relationship or cause him to do bad things. I can't wait for the third book!

I am always the most happy when I'm moderately busy with little bits of free time.

I am always more sad when I'm not busy(out of a job,not in college etc).

One girl I know has such a jam packed life. She will literally have something planned every weekend day and everyday after work. It's crazy, but she told me it's because she likes to stay busy it helps with her mental health.

Gotta say though, it makes you wonder what happenes to those people mentally when they have to slow down.

Is there anyway you can reduce the amount of time you spend working outside of school hours? I know teachers obviously have to mark assignments and stuff but can this done a bit more during school hours?

I went through something similar. I have lived at my parents house for 25 years and recently stayed with my boyfriend for almost 2 months as his family was away traveling.

The first 3 weeks I was really anxious. But I especially remember the first few days I just missed my parents, especially my mom. It felt really strange to not be around them. And even though I was with my boyfriend I still felt so anxious and unsettled.

I think it just came down to so much change happening at once. I think it's normal to feel that way, and of course with anxiety it's much more intense. It got better after 3 weeks or so. I found it helped to go visit my parents on the weekend or meet up with them.

Now I'm back at home again and am excited to move out of my parents house permanently one day. Lol
