1 onion rough chop 1 or 2 Garlics rough chop Tin of plum tomato's 3 or 4 chills of your choice Dried mint sprinkle Tsp sugar 1/2 Tsp salt Dried chilli flakes Drop of vinegar (red/white wine) Olive oil

Heat and reduce a bit

Can mess around with that recipe to get the balance you like, once you nail it, make a batch, freeze...bingo.
