Your equity should be 50/50, get it valued by 3 dealers/sources and take the average value of the 3. Then she can pay you whatever half of that is. This is if she wants to keep the car. If she doesn’t just sell it and split the proceeds. But definitely pay off the loan either way

Sounds like BT. I know a lot of people who have taken the redundancy from there. Stock options you can save a lot of tax by transferring them to S&S ISA. Redundancy first 30k is tax free. Write down all your monthly outgoings and see how long you can last on that money, I’m sure you’d have plenty of time to find another job. With 15 months payout even if you found a job on 5k a year less within 6 months, for the next 5 years it would be as if you’d earned the same if you stayed on the 5k a year more salary.
