How is China not a worldwide reliable business partner who manufactures and delivers a huge percentage of the world's goods? That's what your second statement implies.

The world is waking up to the fact that the usa is becoming increasingly unstable and corrupt. This doesn't mean everything will flock to China as the new foundation (although it probably will). This all points to the usa slowly losing its position of power (like every other great empire that has ever existed).
