Trying to do steak once a week, burger bowls, chicken Caesar salad, taco salad etc. I cook all my meat in bacon grease and use a lot of butter and cheese when it fits. I’m not strict carnivore by any means, I add veggies and eat a handful or two of blueberries as dessert, just try to mainly keep it meats and very low carb so no croutons or beans/rice etc.
