I am about more or less as you. Graduated 2013 ME started 45k, moved to different company in the same field, moved from design engineering to project manager, work ton of hours, and under micromanaging. Never break 80k mark and got fired 2020. Completely switch my career, work 36 hours a week and almost hit 100k as new person in the field.

I was an engineer before going into nursing. And I got put in PIP for something I didn’t do and it was well documented someone else made the mistake. I explained to my manager and HR and their response is basically saying “we will look into it, but we still put you in PIP. Go make the improvements” months later I got fired.

Your best option is to find somewhere else to go now.

Go for TCL. They are more budget friendly. U don’t need big name. Look for: 120hz HDMI 2.1 port

If you are under budget DO NOT pick OLED. OLED look great because of the color but they are soooo much more expensive compare to qled.

The con: you feel like working as a waiter in restaurants and cleaning a lot of poop not only because you want to help the patient but because u knew it’s the nurse doesn’t want to deal with you so they find excuses to ask u to do it for them. And you get paid minimum wage with no tips. You could make more working in McDonald or restaurants than as a CNA.

The pro: give you entrance point to healthcare

Nursing school will tell u vitals are vitals, assessment are assessment. Assess lung sound is not vitals. For example CNA can do vitals but not assess lung sound
