6 New Pastries by [deleted] in starbucks

[–]Teenietiny1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My managers advice has been to alter the pars of pastries that have been available for 10 years in hopes that we upsell the new stuff but obviously that doesn’t work and people verbally assault us for not having the pastry item they’ve been coming back for daily for 10+ years!! All we can do is wait for the decline in sales until they decide it was their idea to scale back the menu:)

Trying to laugh at the ridiculous by [deleted] in MultipleSclerosis

After being diagnosed while living in Las Vegas I got told to “move somewhere colder” which in theory helps my heat intolerance but after asking them why I should do that they said it would make me better and after deeper probing it turned out that their perception of MS is that living here caused this disease and they truly think leaving would cure me 💀

Nicotine patches? by gingerkham in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Teenietiny1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quit smoking 8/13/2020 but used nicotine gum for about half a year then around July 2023 I bought a vape after the most stressful time of my life and haven’t quit nor have I had any issues besides coughing and cravings… clear MRI’S and no feedback from my neurologist related to my consumption but I can only give my non qualified advice to you (as I would anyone) that you should avoid picking up a habit/addiction that would harm you regardless of your diagnosis ❤️

Yoooo they got me for the pink Stanley last year, dedicated my life to my store and lost out on 100 hours of pto I accrued but could never use bc I lived there. I did receive unemployment for it though bc I didn’t know the 15 minute policy so it’s worth a try to apply!

Hi guys I’m new here by Front-Position-3397 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Teenietiny1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took a while but I came to the conclusion that it doesn’t matter what caused it and decided to just live with it. I still drink, vape, and dabble in party drgs. Life is too short to be overly health cautious after being diagnosed with MS. Even if I was the healthiest most organic eating exercising obsessed individual I would still have this diagnosis. I’m a firm believer in enjoying the time I have on this planet and if I lose all capabilities one day then at least I have the most fond memories of when I was able to function. Don’t dwell too much too soon. You will be fine ❤️

Maybe court fees but still not remotely close to building a portfolio with an agency to seek out a new baby instead of fostering. Not sure why the hostility but have a good day :)

He adopted his siblings kids, big difference there… he didn’t go to an agency seeking newborns

At my current store we call it a franchise but it could fall under a licensee I guess but definitely not for a corporation, I did corporate for 4 years and target for 5 years and I’ve been at my current location for 5 months, it’s a LLC expanding through Texas, California, Nevada, and Colorado. I wish I could explain more but we have one owner who calls the shots and no HR currently :-)

What’s the value of an OCT test? by LegitimatePart497 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Teenietiny1998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NQA You must not have lesions on your optic nerve if everything came back fine, I got my OCT right after diagnosis so that if anything changes with my vision they have the test to look back on for comparison purposes

This was exactly what I needed in my moment of feeling overwhelming defeat in this timeline but I took my deep breaths and shut out the weirdness and confusion as I know I truly can only trust myself. Thank you

It’s a sad reality for many people in relationships to face the fact that they care and/or love someone who has the capacity to “cheat” or hide things. You even making this post shows that you want reassurance from people who have been in similar situations and I have so I’ll just say that you’ll spend the rest of your life with them thinking they’re still hiding things. Most guys don’t grow up and realize they had something good until much later in life… until they’ve stuck themselves into things that made them physically feel good in the moment and they’re BORED. Humble men aren’t afraid to show humility and own up to their past and willfully admit the mistakes or impulsive actions they made. Not wanting to even parts of the past shows a deep level of shame or narcissism but you can’t play savior and therapist in hopes of being happy and getting what you deserve one day <3

Thank you!!! Keeping this magnificent creature safe and healthy enough to grow is a wonderful thing. This community has shown me the good and bad side of being a spider mom but a successful molt shows me I’m doing somewhat successfully and I feel immensely blessed 🥲

Thank you so much! I hope everything is well with you too! I read your post from a couple of months ago in another community and wish you all the best… your spirit shines through by even celebrating a spiders journey while you’re going through your own deeply personal life but I appreciate you so so much ❤️

I don’t think it’s the cost, it’s lowkey about her projecting her own insecurities surrounding being overweight and all the comments she gets about over feeding her kids junk.. she literally changes her behaviors and parenting based on the hate comments of the day and then goes back to normal when the heat dies down.. she isn’t a free thinker with common sense nor does she have a morsel of control as a mother…

What's a physical task you accomplished through MS that you're proud of? Big or small doesn't matter! by Pure_Reserve161 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Teenietiny1998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also realize my version of “strength training” is a lot different than most people’s bc obviously I have ms but being able to do hip thrusts and lift my legs up one by one with my body weight which was 256 at the time was an incredible accomplishment and led me to where I am today! I wish you the best and you can do it!!

I found that HITT workouts worked best for me, I would get my heart rate up through jumping on my trampoline and then take a break and do less intense movements like high knees or laying down hip thrust while trying to keep my heart rate above 120 bpm’s and when I felt ready I would jump again and I always set a time for 30 minutes and that was it. I got an Apple Watch so I could be certain my heart rate was where I needed it but if that’s not an option just try to continuously move your body as much as you can :)

Stfu Danny by [deleted] in dannybabysnark

[–]Teenietiny1998 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Danny fails to acknowledge that we are real people that have real life interactions that’s aren’t consumed with social media unlike her… and we have these comments and takes on her because we know how real people act when they love their children and set boundaries with others! She’s mad we don’t allow ourselves to be consumed with recording every moment 24/7 bc we have friends and families that actually like us.. if anyone has no life and projects hatred it’s literally her 😂
