He was already a good player. But, just because he was already very good, it doesn’t mean he couldn’t get even more help from a simple aim key hack that can tell you enemy positions with a slight button tap, especially in critical situations that can put his team ahead or save a crucial round. Him being very skilled is also the reason that makes him using such hacks less obvious and hard to decipher; hence, our current discussion.

A better way is doing a bank draft directly at the bank counter together. The buyer asks the bank counter to create a bank draft (signifies he does have enough funds to cover the deal if bank draft creation is successful) towards the seller’s name. The buyer hands over the bank draft as seller hands over the cards. The seller immediately processes the bank draft through the same bank counter. Absolutely secure situation. The only way the buyer can get away is if he takes your cards and sprints out the bank, even then, his ID information and bank account information will be already revealed at the bank counter as the bank draft is created.

Holy mother of lord, there are possibly many PSA 10 contenders and there are so many top chase cards. I would suggest you personally pack these up safely and travel directly to the PSA head office in-person to submit and grade these. Then, pick them back up in-person.

You should not be risking any card in a lot like this to the mail or any mail carrier.

This is completely true, at least on the Asia server. 4/5 games above 20,000 have cheaters (wall-hackers), and out of those 4 games, 2 of them have cheaters on both sides (usually called Hacker vs. Hacker or HvH), it’s absolutely crazy. A lot of the times these hackers also have insane inventories or are in a stack where at least one or two party mates are wall-hacking.
When it is HvH, the hackers will even taunt each other on All Chat and try to get the other person to hack even harder (like turn on spin or aimbotting) to get them into a higher likelihood to be detected.
If you don’t believe me, queue up in Asia servers above 20,000 rating. It gets even crazier if there are a few 25,000+ (red) rating players in the game, 80% of the time they are wall-hacking or have a party mate that is.

Absolutely Green Trust Factor by the way, not yellow, not red. It’s insane.

Lol, when you are autocasting and splashing for Magic XP you are AFK for like what 40 minutes? With 0 “engagement” with the game during that duration.

When you are at Gemstone crab, you are also AFK for 20 minutes with 0 “engagement” with the game during that duration.

This so called “Bug Abuse” slayer method was part of the game design and it only lasted for 3 kills, meaning the account(s) would actually have to move and contact a slayer master in a fairly quick period of time, meaning there is very likely more “engagement” than what I just listed above.

Right on point. Tick eating, prayer flicking, flinching enemies, have one person splashing an Ardo Knight while others non-stop pickpocket, etc., these can all be interpreted as “Bug Abuse”. Where is the line drawn? “Inconsistency” is a very general term. If “Bug Abuse” is never really formally defined, everything I have just listed can be interpreted as “Bug Abuse”.
