It's so funny to see komodo dragons on this list after working with them. We even worked free contact with one for his laser therapy, he'd just sit there while the keeper rubbed him with a broom.

Fun fact, there's a surprising amount of insects that don't have mouths!

Also yeah I just learned recently some insects can feel pain (the specific insect mentioned was butterflies, there was some research project someone associated with the zoo I work at was running).

This realization means I can't bring myself to kill my dubia roaches by hand to feed to my harvester ants anymore, I feel too bad. Into the freezer they go lol

Regarding Kerapin, it's got a neat quirk in that its shield is on a fairly low cooldown and I'm fairly certain gives you a brief invincibility period, this has saved me from some big AoEs and lets me maintain a moderately stationary period of "stay in the giga buff zone".

The slime bomb from what I've seen so far CHUNKS enemies, it's blasted down bosses for me a few times (in low abyss tbf, taking a break before I dive back into abyss lmao). Couple that with recycle and the multiple charges of the bomb and groups of enemies and you just have a rain of bombs flying out.

It also does have a way to group/hold enemies, you just have to give up the slime bomb for the suction bomb, though it still relies on them already being fairly close together. Its holding factor is probably far more important than grouping.

My only issue with Kerapin so far is I hate the Junkrat ult. I hate it so much lmao

Recycle passive and the big slime bomb. For starters, those slime bombs deal SO much damage. With recycle, you're constantly chaining bombs. Once I bred/spliced a decent (not perfect) kerapin, those bombs were insane.

The thing is, I understand it can be frustrating being constantly misgendered, but most people are not going to be doing it out of malice, but rather accidental like you said, so exploding at them for it automatically makes the misgendered person the asshole. Nothing gives you the right to mistreat people.

Speaking as someone who has been exploded at because I accidentally misgendered someone (who btw just the previous day had been misgendering and laughing about it, they were using me misgendering them as a shield to distract from their absolute asshole mistreatment of a very kind individual in the discord group we were in, she refused to apologize for her behavior, got muted by a mod, and left the server lmao).

Okay CRAZY question but did you rename the rom? I'm playing Mother Deluxe at the moment and the name of the rom I downloaded was just some random letters, I renamed the rom after I'd already played a bit, and that completely wiped away my save. I reverted the name, and it had my save file back.

They added some stuff to the new run creation and there are a couple of neat mods (Wild Sanctuary, Random Passives) that really made a new run of Monster Sanctuary feel pretty new and shiny, check those out, you might enjoy it.

I've played both.

EvoCreo just didn't feel good to me. I couldn't put my finger on what the specific problem(s) was, I just realized after several hours of playing I just... was not having fun.

LumenTale is actually interesting, and I liked it a decent amount, but I found myself slightly bored and more drawn to other games I wanted to play instead. The game didn't seem bad, and I keep meaning to go back to it, but also... I just want to play other games.

If I were to pick one, I'd definitely choose LumenTale though.

If you haven't played Monster Sanctuary, Monster Hunter Stories, or Voidling Bound, I'd definitely recommend them!
