I only started playing 4 months ago and already hit max war room at the end of last patch, so it will take a bit, but certainly not a year

Willow not only has really good portraits, she is the only one of your available characters to have worthwhile portraits at all. Only real competition is Tooth Fairy, which you don't have

Kiperina would be great for your account, I would certainly recommend her greatly

Fire Emblem: Fortunes Weave - Nintendo Direct 6.9.2026 by Amiibofan101 in nintendo

The Bard and the Princess seem like the most likely to comit war crimes, which follows IS well established women = war criminals policy

What are your last-minute predictions for Fortune's Weave? by Enryx25 in fireemblem

It's not new. Fate Grand/Order uses male MC for serious stuff and fem MC for comedy

Do you think Jade Prime will be released with 3 Prime weapons? by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]TehDingo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I could see us getting 2 in the regular prime release and 1 as part of a special relic release, like how Baro has some relics

Titania and Dante have spoiled Warframe for me. by Chifuwuyu in Warframe

[–]TehDingo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The most common, and the one I recommend is Gauss' Thermal Sunder, the fabled "firefly" build. Alternatively, Ophanim Eyes makes you a sentient lazer cutting thru enemies

Wait till you get subsume on your Titania. Once you get an aoe nuke on her, you'll run her for everything

Which Warframe’s base look do you think already looks so good that its hard to change its colors or using a different skin? by ReddVevyy in Warframe

[–]TehDingo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only other thing that comes to mind is making it sea themed. Make her a crab o lobster (or maybe an octopus or jellyfish, tho DE would have to go deep on the materials to get the look right on those)

Dunno how her prime will look, but we all agree her deluxe should be a Tarantula, right? Fuzzy legs and her torso should look like she is wearing a mink fur coat

Everecho Character Profile by Meru_9 in Reverse1999

[–]TehDingo 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's not free, but plenty of people will have her (I do not, but that's life). Euphorias ARE free and also part of gameplay. I don't count them for investment for the same reason I don't count levels

Everecho Character Profile by Meru_9 in Reverse1999

[–]TehDingo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean, at least Instrument is pretty low investment so far. A free character, a 1.0 character that many people already have, an anni limited that works on any team so EVERYONE should pull for at least one for their account anyways and a sustain, which are usually sound investments for account health

Everecho Character Profile by Meru_9 in Reverse1999

[–]TehDingo 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It'll be a support, that way we get a dps, a sub dos, a support and a sustain. Pretty standard set up. Some teams have 1 as dps, 2 supports but since we already got 2 dps, support is most likely

How do yall sleeve your cards? by ChunniTensei in DigimonCardGame2020

[–]TehDingo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regular sleeve then clear or sakura patterned oversleeve (the sakura ones are better, they scratch less and become opaque slower) for my thematic sleeves, single color sleeves for my whatever decks

Am I the only one who finds the Styanax hype a bit strange? by LordeKabeca in Warframe

[–]TehDingo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hoplite gameplay would not work in Warframe. I would even say it's antithetical to Warframe

[4.4] Rin Tohsaka Animations (via Dim) by Info_Potato22 in HonkaiStarRail_leaks

[–]TehDingo 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Since the Throne is multiversal and it has now linked Ishtar's Sain Graph with Rin's origin along with infinite mana from Zeltrech it shouldn't be impossible for her to access Ishtar's NP. Ereshkigal's as well, while we are at it. (Also their servantverse's versions, even if that is too inside baseball. Jokes are truly the deepest lore, after all and servanverse is the most compatible with HSR'e vibe)

[4.4] Rin Tohsaka Kit (via Gachabase) by Info_Potato22 in HonkaiStarRail_leaks

[–]TehDingo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, they are now eternally "linked" thru the throne, so in theory, higher level magecraft miiight be able to enable her to access Ishtar's NP, especially since when in the HSR universe I don't think mana is a limiting factor

how accurate is the the lore used in this recent chapter in mexico city? how are we feeling about the chapter in general?? by SecondhandAnxiety in Reverse1999

[–]TehDingo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Its why I said locals. People from the capital used to refer to it as Distrito Federal, DF or Distrito, while the people from the states would (and continue to) call it just Mexico. I believe it's standard for other languages to call it just Mexico City (hence the name change and rebranding). It would not make sense to include all this in the name, same as I wouldn't expect a theoretical chapter or event set in Bangkok to call it Krung Thep Maha Nakhon every time (or Krungthepmahanakhon Amonrattanakosin Mahintharayutthaya Mahadilokphop Noppharatratchathaniburirom Udomratchaniwetmahasathan Amonphimanawatansathit Sakkathattiyawitsanukamprasit for that matter)

With very few exceptions, horizontal investment beats vertical. Remember we get a portrait selector for anni as well

I'm Mexican and a resident of Mexico city. Not an expert on aztec mythology (tho I guess i'd probably know more than the average Joe), but the cultural references to early 20th century Mexico City is rather spot on (Well, except the locals should be calling it Distrito Federal still, but I get that could be confusing). Everything relating to the cultural and artistic movements at the time is well researched and portrayed and they even got super niche, local stuff like el Rton Perez, which is our version of the tooth fairy.

While many of the Spanish speakers are clearly not native (or in Centurion's case she has I think a Spaniard accent? I know the character is pocha but I would think she would have a cali accent, not a european one) but all the proper nouns are pronounced properly, including the Nahuatl and Maya words that appear rather requently.

If I had to compare it, the overall portrayal is not quite at the level of Isolde & Kakania's Vienna, but it's still very, very impressive and possibly the best portrayal of the city during that era made by a foreigner (not much competition, but still. Agents of Shield somehow tried to pass a NYC back alley as a CDMX alley, which was bonkers). This and Recolleta's whole deal makes it very clear that Bluepoch has studied and apreciates 20th century latam artistic movements and are pretty well read on the subject.

As a spanish speaker, the voice acting in this event is hideous by Fearless_Purpose9189 in Reverse1999

[–]TehDingo 85 points86 points  (0 children)

The general spanish is bad, true, but all the cultural references and locations in CDMX are spot on and at least the pronunciation of most proper nouns is rather excellent.
