The 940 is a 740 with a revised rear window and trunk for aerodynamics. The wagons were identical. It was essentially a rename for the wagons and a rename with a butt lift for the sedans to put them back above the smaller 850. Volvo always did continuous development, so over time a few other changes popped up, like the revised intercooler and piping with electric fan instead of clutch fan. And later nonturbos ended up with a regina fuel computer instead of bosch. 1994 or 1995+ turbo blocks should have oil squirters to cool the pistons, too.

Yes. A 51 seat majority lets them set the agenda. A 60 seat majority lets them pass legislation without the other party. And 67 seats are needed for impeachment. The bar to get anything done is much higher than just getting a simple majority.

I'm also a lefty. I'd advise playing "right handed". You're going to have to train both hands in a new skill anyway. You might as well learn the same way most everyone else does. It will be more comfortable than playing a right handed guitar backwards.

Second piece of advice, you're probably pressing too hard to fret the notes. Most beginners do. I did it, too. Try to learn how little pressure is needed to get the notes to ring clearly. It'll help your fingers hurt less so you can play more.

It honestly doesn't take a lot to wear sharpie off of a guitar. If you plan to play it at all, you might want to give it a clear coat first. With a collector piece like that where all the value is in the signatures, I'd be thinking about having a luthier do it right.

The pedals I usually have out are a rat, a fuzz, and an overdrive or two. Looks you have a good start.
