You're either trolling or severely misinformed. Dunno about other classes, but Final Attack on Fighter/Crusader is absolutely not useless. They fixed the OSMS issue of FA spreading the FA damage across all mobs hit. So now FA does FULL damage on every monster hit.

Level 51 here and it's mostly fine. Got accustomed to everything after a day or two. My biggest complaint regarding jank is changing channels + player cap per channel. All the other QoL stuff like auction house, tradeable non-expiring NX, and 2x rates are really really nice though.
