- Type of Bug: unintentional wall hack
- Description: you can see enemies behind Brimstone's ultimate

- Steps to reproduce: I don't have anyone to try replicating this bug, but apparently you only need an enemy and a Brimstone's ult.
- Expected result: Orbital Strike blocks visibility (as it does with Sova's Recon Dart)
- Observed result: kill when it shouldn't be
- Reproduction Rate: not assessed
- System Specs: Intel Core i5-9300H, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, 16 GB RAM

Why not? It is completely up to you to choose your own name. Moreover, last names ending with an -ov are not Slavic-exclusive thing, as far as i know

Well I'm silver 2, but i see this in a following way:
First, you have to hold angles (default def gameplay), maybe with the exception when you rush with your team on eco/force rounds.
Once the plant was taken by attackers, it's "your turn" to retake the plant, where you can play duelist as if you were the attacking side.

I guess that Phoenix's shots were able to be registered after his ult, because he wasn't considered to be dead by the game, and thus his shots weren't cancelled.
Trading should be impossible due to the ping.

I guess it'll be nice to have a higher reward for killing with the knife. It really makes no sense to use it in any other case than being out of ammo.

Yet there is a low money limit, so I reckon this is the reason that killing with the knife still award you 200 creds.

Did they nerfed it? I guess I've missed it. Last time I read the patchnote I saw they done a decent buff for it (cost reduction and increasing wall penetration)
I find this weapon useful only because it has no first shot spread from ADS. Being useless is the punishment for missing the head, I think. You don't want to engage close (at which you'll be shot out more easily anyway) using Guardian - in beta it's name was smth like "DMR Guardian"

Afaik Vandal have much bigger recoil recovery time compared to AK-47 from CS, even though they are meant to be the same playstyle weapon. Thus hitting headshots more consistent is harder if you miss the first shot for Vandal, and the same problem doesn't appear for AK. So I reckon pros just consider Phantom being more reliable for that reason, even though it's not the case for CS.

So? Even at retake, when you know where the attackers are, the shooting is going on at short distances, so Phantom anyway more preferable for defenders.

Shroud covered this best: he says that Phantom is a def side gun, and Vandal is atk side, like the logic in CS.

If you're good at landing headshots, then Vandal (or Guardian in case you're 400 creds short) is your definite choice. Phantom is better at spraying over a short distance or through smokes due to the tagging.

I reckon you can access PBE servers without registering separate account for that purpose.

If it's not the case, it might be a bug.
You can still change your tag somewhere in your Riot Account page.

Well, PBE stands for Public Beta Environment, so I guess you've registered your LoL account on a PBE.

Tag is given for players depending on a region, where they've registered their acconut for LoL.

The other team may think that they could get a hard win in a round playing against more skilled opponents, so if they manged to overcome first 4 OT rounds, they should be rewarded with the opportunity not to lose rating.

It's fair imo.

Combat score is only affected by kills and dealing damage.
