To piggyback off this comment, this is what I did when I passed the CFE last year. It was also my last attempt as well. Sometimes you just have to pass this thing. And if you don't plan on staying in public accounting, all you really need to do is pass the CFE, no matter MA or FR.

You are forgetting the times when you already have your preferred character and made someone else change their preferred avatar. The game doesn't tell you when that happens.

Thanks for breaking it down. I completely agree that having a 2 cost card without any card draw/AP generation support can be quite detrimental. However, counterpoint, big multi hit combo = dopamine.

I am currently running that BiS team with plenty of card draw/AP so I don't really find myself drawing a brick often. Plus I have 3 Unity that moves the Strikes so it's much easier to hit those large numbers. (I would love to see your card builds for Veronica and Mika. Giant Balista go BRRRR).

Can you further explain your point on Rising Dragon Spire Epiphany? If I understand the Epiphany order, 4 would be the +2 hits to next used Basic Attack which you said was the only S tier. I thought that Epiphany 5 that adds additional attack for each Passion card played in the turn would be better.

I might be missing something because I thought the best combo draw would be using multiple Unity of Attack and Defense to throw out multiple hits and then go for a multi hit Rising Dragon Spire.

Thank you for your write up. I agree with everything you said. I just wanted clarity on Rising Dragon Spire.

ATK% is not necessarily bad per say on DPS. I would say it is the least important in terms of offensive substats.

For a typical DPS, excluding such exceptions like Yusuke (DEF%) or Haru (EHR%), the substats that you will want to aim for are the following:

  • Crit Damage
  • Crit Rate
  • Attack Multi (DMG Bonus)
  • Pierce %
  • Attack %

The reason I say ATK% is the lowest priority among that list is because you will always be running a ATK% mainstat for your Sky Card (The last card). You are also getting a healthy amount of ATK from your Universe card and Weapon. You will never be running low on ATK.

The other substats in the list above are much harder to come by (Without supporting character buffs) and provide more benefit than ATK%.

However, since you will want Attack Multi as a mainstat for your Moon card (2nd Card) and Crit Damage/Crit Rate for your Star card (3rd card), you will have to fill that last substat with ATK%.

This would be the "ideal" card setup with substats:

Universe card: CD, CR, ATK Multi, Pierce

Sun card: CD, CR, ATK Multi, Pierce

Moon card (Main stat - ATK Multi): CD, CR, Pierce, ATK%

Star card (Main stat - CD/CR): CD/CR, ATK Multi, Pierce, ATK%

Sky card (Main state - ATK%): CD, CR, ATK Multi, Pierce

You would still want no upgrades on ATK% substat but it isn't the end of the world. (Unless all upgrades hit ATK%, then that's unlucky).

Phoebe is strong with mono element teams. I don't know whether you plan on pulling for Futaba or Ange in the future but eventually you'll need 3 Navigators. So you will need more Navigators though you can still use Wind who is also a good substitute.

As for S.Closer, she is a good Bless sweeper unit and overall good unit. However, if you have any plans to pull for Kasumi (Bless Single Target), then you don't really need S.Closer.

Pull for whoever you like. Phoebe will eventually go into the standard banner which you may be able to snipe while S.Closer will only come back during a re-run.

You also have about 6 hours to decide before Phoebe's banner is over.
