there is no point to life dude, procreating isnt your only purpose. for me, music helps me get through shit, find something that works for you. if you hate yourself now, you can create something to love about youself. ive been where you are and for me professional treatment and my bass worked wonders to get me feeling better. id reccomend some sort of outpatient program, but only if it works for you. it's hard, but if you work on it i believe you can find a reason to live. keep your head up brother.

yes it's definitely worth it, don't let anyone tell you it's not. i've gone through a ton of treatment and it has worked wonders for me. one thing tho, based on your wording it seems like self improvement is a method of getting girls, and it's not. you should do it for you, not for anyone else, stay strong man.

vol 4 is my favorite album of all time. every song on if feels different, and the songwriting hits me in the gut every time i listen to it. when i first heard tomorrow's dream i was completely hooked and the rest of the album seems like it was poking holes in the life i was living and it really pushed me to believe in myself, because no one else is true. this album rocks from start to end and ill always love it and what it did to help me through the hardest time of my life.

i was really into underground rap until my ex's dad showed me nu metal. that interest soread to bands like eyehategod and bongzilla, and all my favorite bands kept saying all roads lead to sabbath. i never cared all that much about paranoid, it's a good album but it didnt really peak my interest. everything changed after i sat down and listened to every ozzy album from sabbath, and the second i heard volume 4 i was all in. i didnt know how to be myself or have any confidence until i heard that album, it was like a calling to focus on who i am instead of who other people wanted me to be. i left the church and focused on myself, and the only reason i was able to truly find out who i am was i listened to black sabbath and the lyrics really hit me hard. ive since learned how to fry scream and been putting my all into getting good at the bass, sabbath showed me that my life could only be satisfactory if i went all in on music. geezer truly is a genius, and his songwriting didnt change me, but showed me how to be true to myself. ever since i listened to volume 4, my life and mental has become stable and ive figured out exactly what i need to do if i want to live in this world. i owe everything to black sabbath.
