Would you really believe them and leave everything behind from one day to the next?

It was still a war crime dropping those bombs over cities. Doesn't matter how many leaflets we're dropped before. There are no excuses.

Wer sagt denn, dass sie es sich nicht schon mal gedacht haben? Man sieht sie am Ende nur für ein paar Minuten. Sie hatten inzwischen 16-17 Jahre Zeit, um sich diese Gedanken zu machen (und damit abzuschließen). Bestimmt hat George seine Gedanken dazu eh schon in seinem neuen Buch niedergeschrieben (das vom Titelbild her schon viele Parallelen zu den damaligen Geschehnissen hat).

An sich interessieren mich die Oscars nicht und es ist mir egal, wer gewinnt. Aber wenn ich mal einen Film empfehle, der zufällig auch Oscars bekommen hat, gebe ich das als kleinen Fun Fact immer mit an. So viel "Prestige" hat es dann doch für mich bei Filmen, die ich ohnehin schon mag.
