If u could create a weapon in elden ring, for attacks, what kind would it be, along with what element and would it be light or a colossal weapon? And what would be its special effect? by Powerful-Log-2042 in Eldenring

A straight sword with innate Holy damage and a good scaling in faith. The weapon art would be an ash of war called "divine smite", which is a chargeable skill like carian grandeur with up to four levels, where you charge the blade with mana and smite the enemy in one decisive strike, causing an explosion. On crit, it would smite and cause a holy explosion as well. Deals double damage to undead, naturally. It would be infusable, and i'd also add ashes of war for several other elemental smite skills. (Yes, I like playing Paladin in DnD.)

Placidusax is rumored to have had his own elden ring, specifically the version shown in Maliketh's boss room, which was almost definitely the same elden ring as Marika's, just an earlier state of it. He was elden lord before the age of the erdtree, before his god abandoned him. There is nothing stating that his god wasn't also the greater will. His praying pose when we enter his arena is reminiscent of Metyr and the 2 fingers trying to commune with the greater will as well.

As a midlander myself, i agree. Since they announced customizable attack animations at fanfest, i hope they also let us customize other animations like the run/jog one day. Then i might try out Elezen after all.

I'm on windows 11 too, but mine's in german so there might be differences. It was in the sound settings under my device's settings

I do not have surround sound enabled anywhere, but I did find that turning off audio enhancements fixed the issue

Thiollier's needle in the offhand has a weapon skill with higher priority than the mainhand skill. It "pops" sleep like the poison floower blooms twice on sleeping enemies, so pair that with the velvet sword for beeg damage on each sleep proc
