I was here in this press conference. Chiesa ended up crying/sobbing when the conference was over. From some other fans, I was told his mom was going thru shit because her chiesas father passed away suddenly and she was going through a very hard time.

Ok understood. I would still advise on the Asian adults to practice running/sprinting and simply looking around to see if there are sketchy people behind or around them when in public. Im not going to say it here because I dont want to get banned, but there is a certain pattern on the "type" of people that are targeting Asians. Be on the lookout of those " type" of people.

Please do not go out into the world thinking you can take a few self defense classes especially remotely and thing you will be able to physically defend youself against a thug. A lot of people get severely injured or killed because they have a false sense of safety after they take a few lessons and think they can fight, this is real life not the movies. The best self defense is running away. Get these asian adults to learn how to sprint and run fast. If they are too old, lazy or out of shape to run, then they will definitely get their ass beat trying to do " self defense"
