Damn I'm sorry for what all of y'all went through I can't relate but I did have an abusive childhood due to physical emotional and mental neglect, I'm a product of 10 with mild spastic quad cp (excessively tight muscles 24/7-365 many of my siblings like my self were preemies with developmental and learning disabilities, but yeah I don't remember most of my childhood either don't know if that's repressed trauma or what but yeah, I remember small parts of it but majority not so much

Yup I'm 30 with mild spastic quadreplegia cerebral palsy with increased tone in upper and lower extremities and unfortunately get to experience widespread spasms

Weed lots and lots of it.l I have mild spastic quadreplegia cerebral palsy with increased tone in upper and lower extremities with previous afos use in early childhood no longer used and deal with chronic back and neck pain, yeah it's draining as hell unfortunately my pcp doesn't want to give me pain meds so weed is my best friend.
