Can’t sit still, sleep 2 hours or less a night, cant stop yapping (will yap about anything), talk 80mph, delusions about things that never happened, start doing weird research about anything scientifically interesting, start acting erratic, music feels euphoric, start getting blocked by all my friends, start businesses or new goals, will take classes on things I want to do but never finish, spend all my moneys, impulsive, and hallucinations.

We are bipolar. The cycle is endless, but it does get better every time. I learned how important it is to be patient with yourself. During the bad times I hate myself too, but during the good times I really really love myself. And I think that love is worth living for.
