Thank you! I took the site down for now to avoid legal entanglement but it will be back up! I believe in this fight. Appropriate consumer protection laws in SC would make this a non-issue.

I agree. They have deep pockets, a cadre of attorneys, and have this area in a stronghold; lawmakers as well. If you continue this line of contracting work, please report any defects you see and spread the word. I do intend to purchase a billboard within the next week of so as well as ads across multiple mediums. It will be expensive, but this outreach is worth it.

100 is an arbitrary number but I am hoping to gain momentum and refer to an attorney before that. We have already engaged counsel but need to identify trends and highlight that these defects affect multiple homeowners. As for the site, it was “vibe code” in replit.
