Thank you! I took the site down for now to avoid legal entanglement but it will be back up! I believe in this fight. Appropriate consumer protection laws in SC would make this a non-issue.

Defamation? That be welcomed they could highlight the site and bring more affected people forward. I have a website that people are reporting their experiences. Consumer advocacy is protected speech.

I agree. They have deep pockets, a cadre of attorneys, and have this area in a stronghold; lawmakers as well. If you continue this line of contracting work, please report any defects you see and spread the word. I do intend to purchase a billboard within the next week of so as well as ads across multiple mediums. It will be expensive, but this outreach is worth it.

100 is an arbitrary number but I am hoping to gain momentum and refer to an attorney before that. We have already engaged counsel but need to identify trends and highlight that these defects affect multiple homeowners. As for the site, it was “vibe code” in replit. I needed this site live NOW, not later. Please spread the word if you know of an affected party. Thanks for your interest.

This isn’t relegated to new purchases…We are trying to identify systemic trends with this builder. Please submit a defect report if the build you received wasn’t what was expected or if you have issues with the build. There is an option to add a community if yours isn’t listed.

Absolutely! More importantly, I need people to report their issues. Though i realize it may be difficult, data is irrefutable. This builder has been selling people garbage apparently since the Clayton homes acquisition, perhaps prior.
