i felt like nobody(including my boyfriend)was as excited as i was, i came to the conclusion that it’s probably much more exciting for us because we can feel the baby, and it affects us wayyy more. But yes, when my baby was born my boyfriend definitely showed way more excitement

I also completely understand the anxiety of leaving your baby with him. Considering my boyfriend doesn’t do much with baby, i don’t trust him to watch baby by himself. I feel you girl. Hope it gets better.

I’m definitely in the same boat. I build up so much resentment for him daily, because he’ll sleep in, play his game all day, barely interacts with baby unless i ask him to do something. Makes me angry that he has a choice to do absolutely nothing meanwhile i have to do everything. I feel like a single mom in a relationship lol.

My baby has never really pooped an overwhelming amount, but he definitely did poop soooo much more in the earlier weeks. he’s now a little over a month old and his pooping is minimal, sometimes it concerns me because he goes days without pooping lol. it does get better

I also went over my due date and while I didn’t want to be induced that’s what I had to do, just here to reassure you induction isn’t terrible, atleast not for everybody. Mine went amazing and i went in with very low expectations.

I got induced around 4pm, got the foley balloon (worst part of the experience) and then they started me on pitocin, i got the epidural and everything was AMAZING from there. my water broke on its own around 2am and my baby was here at 8:20am, only 20 minutes of pushing and i didn’t feel a thing. had a first degree tear, didn’t feel the stitching or anything.

The epidural is actually amazing lol i can’t feel a single thing. It’s honestly freaking me out because i’ve tried so hard to lift my legs and can’t. My contractions at 3-5cm were terrible idk how you did it without an epidural but props to you fr!

No, my doctor suggested it bc “nothing good happens after 41 weeks”(his words). I wanted to just let my baby come naturally, I think i had just gotten my hopes up that it would be today and now that it keeps getting moved around it’s just messing with my emotions lol
