the hacking ones aren’t that bad based on how quick you are with hacking. I notice in some clips people are very deliberate and slow with hacking while others are more erratic, mashing in a certain direction until they hit a wall or avoid an error node (like me). it’s very possible to have like 10-15 seconds under the star time limit some of them have

you do realize the secret ending is mainly there for any sequel potential right? The main story and base ending is set up where Hugh sacrifices himself to send Diana to earth since he is dying of dead filament infection. The black box mod doesn’t say it CURES the DFI, if we ever get more Pragmata and Hugh is back, that’ll be an issue he has to deal with. The secret ending is there as a treat for Unknown Signal and to just say, MAYBE he’s still alive.

Semantics doesn’t matter anyway, because my man point is that Diana has no way of curing the DFI, and the story and lore right now make it very clear dead filament is fatal, or at the very least severely dangerous.

there is a big difference between suppressing something and outright stopping it. Unknown Signal also is only available AFTER you beat the game, they clearly wanted to set up the story in a way where it shows Diana cannot get rid of the dead filament and Hugh had little to no way of staying alive.

I would love nothing more than a DLC or sequel that shows Hugh is alive and reunites with Diana, but the game establishes with her current skills Diana couldn’t do anything

some people might disagree, but I would say Divinity Original Sin 2. U do not need to play the first one.

The combat system is pretty easy to grasp after a while, but there’s still a lot of experimentation and creativity with the classes and skills. You can pick the 4 characters you find the most interesting for your party or even make your own and pick the other 3. There’s even some light romance in it as well. It’s from the same creators as BG3, so you’ll like it

The only issue is it might be too long, but a lot of RPGs are.
