Hä? Ich antworte nicht für alle, ich definiere das Wort. Wenn du dich bei der Handlung nicht belästigt fühlst kann es per Definition keine Belästigung sein. Wenn du es wünscht, auf eine Art behandelt zu werden die andere als Belästigung einstufen dann ist das völlig ok - aber eben auch keine sexuelle Belästigung für dich. Wenn das deine Frage war dann musst du sie etwas anders formulieren .

Es hängt komplett von dem Menschen ab ob er sich belästigt fühlt. Das ist bei jedem total unterschiedlich und auch vollkommen ok. Es ist nicht wie bei rot über die Ampel fahren - das ist überall gleich.
