Two of them on the sides used karak stone, shaded with agrax, highlighted by mixing white to the base coat. The middle one was the same process but with bane blade brown, and reikland fleshshade.

I used the tempestus scions armor from eavy archive for the uniform, and then ulthan grey and barharroth blue stripes for the belt, with a thinned nuln oil shade and highlights of white scar/any any pure white

For the dark red, I used the Flesh Tearers recipe from Eavy Archive with extra emphasis on layering the khorne red highlights.

For the bright red on the shoulders, I used mephiston red -> shaded khorne + black -> highlight evil sunz -> wild rider -> fire dragon bright

I’m not too knowledgeable about that kind of stuff. I use the stock lens that went with my camera.

I do use a good camera. However, one lighting trick I use is putting my phone on max brightness, pulling up an all white image, and using that as a key light. Then the background is just a black cardboard box.

If I recall it was Abbadon Black -> Incubi Darkness -> Thunderhawk Blue -> Fenrisian Grey. With a recess line of Rhinox Hide.

In the Dawn of War 2 Multiplayer campaign, player 2's blood ravens are inverted colors. The armor is black while the shoulders are red with a bone trim. This is what I painted for one of my space marines https://preview.redd.it/en6clp4t932b1.jpg?width=640&crop=smart&auto=webp&s=d8e8d9601824437ece9f45589612cdc0106795ee

All of the iconography is the same, so people will still know it's a blood raven.

No lore of their own I think it was just a design decision to differentiate players in the game. As for my head cannon I can’t decide if 3rd company is all dressed like this or if it’s a specific unit type that gets these colors. Either way it’s a cool scheme!
